How to find your ID and server in Mobile Legends

The two numbers in brackets under your nickname are the only thing you really need before topping up. Here is where to find them and why mixing them up costs money.

Diamonds are credited by account number, not by nickname. Nicknames in Mobile Legends can be changed and two players can easily share one, so the game's payment gateway relies on a pair of numbers instead: the player ID and the server.

Where the numbers live

  • Open the game and tap your avatar in the top left of the main screen.
  • In the profile card, under the nickname, you will see something like 123456789 (2214).
  • The first number is the player ID, the one in brackets is the server.

Do not copy the brackets, only the digits. If the server field ends up with nine digits and the ID field with four, the two values have been swapped.

Why one wrong digit costs money

Diamonds go to whichever account number was entered at checkout. Get it wrong and they land on a stranger's account, with no way back — neither the shop nor the game's support can reverse a delivery.

That is why we show your account nickname before payment: check it once and the mistake becomes impossible.
